I've gotten hold of a dss-25 sync station with the plan of updating my firmware on my k700i. Got through the whole thing only to be told my operator doesn't allow this operation?!?!? What gives O2 the rite to tell me what i can't do with somethign i've purchased off them and something that they wont fix?! I sent it off but it came back without being updated or fixed. What do i do?
