Mine only seems to last little more than 2 (maybe 3) full days before I need to recharge it again (I recharge for about 5 hours). Is this normal??? Or should I complain and get a new battery sent?
thanks

This is completely normal. I'm not a heavy user, and I have to charge every 2, or perhaps 3 days.

Two days is pretty good. Why do you want more? Just charge it overnight.

I dont think 5 hours of charging is needed. 2hours is more than enough for me.

2 to 3 days for a full charge to last is like average for the K700i. If you use games, media player, camera intensively however it might not last a whole day, but what do you expect?
When charging, it should be full when you don't see the battery animating anymore, although keeping the charger on longer won't harm the phone.

2 days is good, 3 days is perfect for this type of phones. my previous phone was 6800. it had a small screen and didn't have any battery-hungry feature such as media player and camera/flash but it lasted for 3 days and in some good conditions 4 days.
K700i has some good features that is comparable with smartphones (and sometimes better), and if you have upgraded your phone to the latest firmware you will find its battery lifetime the best one in its class.
also to get a better result, disable animated wallpapers and screen savers, set Light to power save and use headset while listening to mp3.
my phone lasts for 3 days perfectly.
