Hi, everyone!

I'm about to buy T68i, and since I live in Bosnia, and our GSM providers do not support WAP nor GPRS, I wonder whether it is still possible to take a snapshot with a compatible camera, and send it to en e-mail account just by simply having activated DATA option on my sims card. This means the max supported bandwitdh would be only 9600bps. Does anyone know whether this is possible? WAP or GPRS are not likely to become a part of service for another year or so. Thanks in advance.

I think you should be able to set up your email client throug the normal internet service provides that you use for dial up email on your home PC. It will only be 9600, but I think it will work. This post was posted from a T68i

Thanks a lot!!!

I feel much more reassured about getting this phone. It is a bit difficult to be a techno freak and enjoy all the goodies of mobile communications, when your GSM providers do not support any of the advanced features.
