can anyone tell me the size of the headphone socket on the SE Z1010 is it 2.5mm???
i want to use my v expensive headphones on my z1010...

Yes, the Z1010 uses the 2.5mm jack like the P series.
If you want to get a 2.5mm to 3.5mm jack which is the standard for walkmans, you can get them from Maplin electronics.
