hi how do i know if my phone has been upgraded in the service menu top line says R1B and the bottom line R1A

If it is a software upgrade, it should say R2A in the top line....

this is after they had my phone for 9 days
i think you should only upgrade if you can personly take the phone there yourself other wise they dont care

The new upgrade R2A came out three days ago. so they might not have had it when your phone got upgraded.
