Hi i got my phone today and i installed the software which came with it, and it cant seem to find anything i have all 3 COM Ports enabled and Reserved, I had a little while ago a connection but when i went in a tried to open music it said no connection applied. Someone polease help me Thank you.

Ok I got it working a little but when I'm trying to go to any folder there's an error message box witch pops up and it says "Unable to connect - an unexpected error has occurred" Any ideas how to help me?
