O2 have offered me a new phone to replace my k700i because of the problems ive had with it, like txt msgs and it kept freezing al the time? Anybody else bn offered this and what phone did u get?

I had the same problems with O2 texting on my S700i.
I fixed mine by changing the Preferred SMS access setting from GPRS to GSM. This is under the connectivity Icon.
Can't help you with the freezing though.
