> SE v802se: Why is my voice sounds so low?

I was talking to my friend today, and couple of them complained to me that it was hard to hear my voice over the phone. But, I was speaking around the same volume as I usually do, what could the the problem?
I haven't adjust any settings in terms of volume, is there something I can adjust?
