Hi,
Today morning I was just started my P800 and found that it won't
start.
When starting it shows the logo and plays the music and then it goes
completely blank and then suddenly shows the 10 sec reset screen.
Tried booting it without the SIM and without the DUO and all combos
of both but to no avail.
Cannot also get into the service menu.
Any tips to fix this or flashing it is the only solution?
Bye.

Try switching it off, keep it for charging, and then try to switch it on again. This message was posted from a T230

For how much time should I charge it before trying to
restart it.
And also when I have turned it off and kept it on the cradle for charging it starts automatically.
Pls advice.
Thanks.

Charge it for around fifteen minutes. Might work. But this sounds more like a software problem and a firmware flash might be inevitable. Good luck. :-) This message was posted from a T230

I guess than you are on your way to the service center. Is it still under warranty?
