Hi
I have a strange problem with my old t610.
When recieving an MMS the picture size is smaller than it was on the phone sendeng the MMS (k700).
I never had this problem when i only had the t610, so I know it is able to recieve pictures of that size. Also there is no problem if the picture is sent via bluetooth.
I even tried taking a picture with the t610 and sent to the k700 and back again to the t610, with same result, the picture ended up smaler than when it was taken.
I have no clue what to doo, and my provider couldent help but said that it vas not a problem with the service.
Please help !!
Jesper

What exactly do you mean by smaller? Try sending an mms picture from a K700 at 640*480 resolution to your phone and then see if the T610 too shows the same resolution.

Seems your phone is automatically cropping large images! Tried another T610?

I've heard of this before. The scaling is on account of the provider :-(

Its due to your network n i had faced similar issues as well(res decreases to like 40*40 or something like that)...problem auto corrected one fine day which means its some network problem(maybe only with t610)

Thanx for your replies.
I think you are right, that the scaling is on account of the provider, but they cant help and told me that they only "turn the MMS service on or off and make any other changes" ?!
Only thing I havnt tried is switching sim-cards in the phones, to see if the problem follows the phone or the sim-card !
(or if im lucky the problem is on both phones afterwards

)
