> t230 and z200 battery help

Hello im new to this wonderfull website. My z200 battery is old and isnt holding its charge but i also have a brand new t230. I was wondering if i could use the t230's battery (670maH) instead of the z200's (700maH) in it? they lokk exactly the same with all same text except for the maH power. ( I just would like to know so i dont blow my phone up), thanks!
