Dear Friends,
I am living in Hyderabad, India. I am using Airtel GPRS service and happily accessing all the sites through P900 internal browser and Opera. But I cannot use any email accounts from Messages section. I configured correctly Yahoo, Gmail.. etc. accounts, but no results. Kindly help me in this regard.

for a compu guy, hmmmm... what app are you using to configure them? i know for a fact that Profimail will work on P series + Gmail. yahoo.co.in or .com? did you pay them to get pop3 activated?

Hmmm...try bluebottle.com for free pop3 service. It works. You'll get the settings when you sign up.

I called to Customer Care but they donot know anything about Airtel Live except Activation WAP services. There are no technical persons in Airtel Customer Care. I am accessing those mail accounts from Outlook in my computer, then why those same settings not working on P900?

WELL DONE!!!! airtel live has access only to airtel home page... you need to activate Mobile Office

you need to activate "mobile office" what is the IP you are using to accessing the net? you may be on a WAP plan and not WEB plan. You need WEB plan to access mail sites uing a client... ciao.... gtg... drop in by the

I am using IP 100.1.200.99. There is no Web plan except WAP plan in Airtel Andhra Pradesh. With WAP plan also I am browsing all sites like with computer.

That is the live Ip. Rest of india uses 202.56.231.117 for web access. But that must be activated against your number in the server end.
