> Sync Station doesn't update phone

My sync station appears to be working all the right things happen on the PC desktop (although it does appear to whizz through quickly), but when I check the phone to make sure the calendar entries are there - they are not.
I have double-checked all settings and this still is not making a difference. I have even disabled Norton Anti-Virus and Firewall.
Any ideas please?
