My computer installs it, then i restart - as told to...then it has disappeared/not installed the software - i go to the CD rom D drive:PC suit like told to, then it says " you could have all this once u install the CD"
Any Help?

ehm... let's start with some info, such as what OS are you using?
Do you actually go through the entire installation wizard or does it stop immediately?
What parts of the Suite are you trying to install in the first place?
This is the CD that came in the box with your phone right?
