i asked orange dat does it supports live video / audio straming they replied it does not which other networks does?

yup, Airtel have 24 hours Live streaming Tv on their 'Airtel Live!' for EDGE enabled phones. So far the have only NDTV and Aajtak.

Usually you cannot stream through a WAP gateway, But I think in India there is no Download size restriction on the WAP gateways. But I am not sure.

@debu, there is a restriction, but for streaming only data profile is important not internet.
