> usb cabel problem

Hello,
i have some connecting problem with my K700i after i have connect the phone to my usb-cabel. i can see my phone memory in "my phones" but directly after that i got this message:runtime error program c:\windows\explorer.EXE
all my icons on my desktop disappear,and i have to reboot my computer
after that. does anyone knows what the problem are?

Check the firmware. I had problems connecting my Z1010 to my computer before but when I upgraded the fw it all worked just fine.
Go to the store where you bought it and tell them about the problem.
Let me know what happens next...

(Btw I didn't know that the K700i had USB. Do it? Or did you mean the other sort of cable for SE phones?)
