Go to "Storage Manager" and let the wizard take you thru the process...as it does it gives you the option to manage the applications installed on the phone. You can uninstall them there.

Hope this makes sense and helps!

Or from the Applist press 'Applications' in the top left & the select 'Uninstall'.
You are then presented with a list of apps u can remove

Or, in the applications list, you can select uninstall from the applications menu.....

...oh, did someone say that already?!

Ok, here's something useful then; There's a tool for your PC that allows you to examine .sis installation files:

http://sistoolse.hollosite.com/

It shows you where all the files will be placed on your phone, so if you have trouble uninstalling, you can remove these files manually with, say, Sman's file manager.

The tool also helps to identify the version of the software before you install it, and an estimate of the space it will require.

That is indeed useful, it was brought to my attention the other week and I wish I'd found it earlier. Nice tool
