Please help. I bought a T68i from a 3rd party and signed up w/ Cingular. Everything is cool but one major problem.

If I click on WAP Services in the menu, the phone will freeze (w/out opening the menu). I have to remove the battery to un-freeze.

Has any one had this problem? Does anyone know why this happens? How to fix?

Cingular and SE are not helping.
