it depends wat u need mate...if ur an office goer, say an executive, u can't quite carry a w800i with u right? in that setting a k750i makes more sense. if audio makes a big difference to u, go for the w800i. if ur not big on mp3, go for the k750i.it's as simple as that

w800 has flightmode and better mp3 player, that's why they call it walkman.....
k700i has better camera and more businesslike.
