> Watchdog last night

A mobile phone company was mentioned last noght on watchdog for next weeks show about their services but they would not say who it is. As o2 has been and gone are there any clues to who this maybe, or does anyone know.

my opinion of 3: great phones for quite cheap, and the features arent half-bad. The top up system is a load of s**t. £15 a month and you have a month to use it. What kind of numnuts would think of this. And the rates are cheap, so its gonna take ages to use it all! Then again, i suppose you could just download a load of junk.

Yep, I guessed Nicky Campbell was refering to 3. Now what I don't quite understand is that 3's owners, Hutchinson, were the owners of Orange (before the dark times of France Telecom). I feel that Orange is an Ok network, so if Hutch can do it once, why the problems this time round?

i got a s700i on o2 contract before i got this i took advantage of 3`s cheap pay as you go deals 49 quid for a phone plus credit not bad then one day out of the blue(a week before vodafone launched its 3g service!)i recieved a phone call from 3 offering me a tiny lg clamshell on contract for 20 quid a month i got 100 text mesages 20 video messages 20 mins video calls and 8 and half hours free calls to any network and free downloads excluding wallpapers and ringtones(not a problem coz you can send what you want to the phones internal e-mail then save it onto the handset) i could not believe it what a deal...then it started to all go wrong!....after about 3 weeks i could no longer send or recieve pictures my phone would freeze sometimes reset into another language and delete all my data such as asigned ringtones after 3 months my bill suddenly went up to 45 quid(which they never told me when i signed up) they where rude at customer services i have now had the phone for 4 months but finally they have agreed to repare it so its been sent away not sure whats gonna happen when it returns as my friend done this(all 3 phones go wrong) but when they returned the handset it was a model below the one he had purchased! so DO NOT BUY A 3 PHONE! THEY DO NOT WORK!
