> T68 dead pixels what to do???

I just realized that my few months old T68m(i) screen got 3 dead pixels ! It had no dead pixels 5 mins ago and I'm pretty sure it's not just dust.
I did the screen test and the 3 pixels won't go away, tried turning the phone on/off but it didn't help either.
Can anyone help??? Thanks.
