> S700 contacts problem

I have a problem with one of my contact details in my S700. When ever I receive a call from this person, her number is displayed instead of her name. The same is true for messages too.
The contact details are definately correct, as I can cure it by deleting the contact and re-inputting the details. On doing so any exisiting messages now display her name, until next time i receive one.
It doesn't do this with any other of my contacts. Is it something I'm doing wrong or is it a bizarre bug?

Theres been a bug with both the K700 and S700's phonebooks regarding your query.
A firmware update fixes it.

What software does your S700i have? Have you tried the online update service?

Thanks, any idea why it only affects that one contact?
I have firmware R3B032, and the update service says "This service is not supported by your operator" (O2) or something along those lines.
