Yes that some serious processing needed for that mess.

You would then need a very fast processor to manipulate the pictures!

Oh well the number of megapixels is growning all the time!

Better yet... people would download them directly onto their brains (which we know it has a veeeery large capacity).
Tehn getting home they would connect their brain to a A1 format printer...
