Call your provider to activate caller-id for your number or else you could try and put "*31*" in front of the number you're trying to call. This should allow your number to be sent to the person you're trying to call.
If the "*31*" thing doesn't work then you definitely have to call your provider to enable "calling line identification" (cli) if they support it ofcourse.

you're right! it should be "*31#" and not "*31*", I typed in the wrong sequence.
But as you found out that it works in the meantime, you now also know that by default your provider has your caller-id witheld.

@red baron900
Do you use any app that hides the number when calling (Frontview for example)? Cos this is a pretty unique problem, all slovenian mobile operators make your number visible by default, e.g. you have to change your settings in order to hide it. Besides if there is something wrong it's probably the phone not the operator, otherwise it wouldn't work with other phones either.
