Hi. I bought a tele nor sim last day. I am from faisalabad. Here tele nor was launched yester day. Voice quality is very good. But rates are high on the same net work as its 3.99 while jazz offer 3.50 and u phone offer the 3.00 rupee per minutes. But on fix lines and other net works its cheap to call so over all good package. This message was posted from a Nokia

Yeah, as far as the tarrif is concerned, ufone has taken the lead. Gprs rates were expected to lower down with the intro of telenor, but both are asking 15 bucks per mb still. This message was posted from a T68i

Well friend last day the gprs was not working here in faisalabad. At least in my area it was not working. today it started but then agile messenger is not sign in. And most funny that the tele nor home page is not opening . But other sites are opening and its way way fast than the u phone gprs in browsing. As i was using the u phone gprs for last one year as i live in hostel where there are no phone lines allowed. But i used some 1200 kb and they deducted some 40 rupees so i think they are charging some more than the 15 rupee per mb. Any way if any one know about these problems. specially over charging in the gprs rates and agile messenger sign in issue answer here soon. Thanks in advance. This message was posted from a Nokia

Hi again. Forgot to mention that telenor SMS is also expensive as compared to others as u phone and mobilink are charging 1 rupee per sms on there own net works and it will cast 1.50 rupees on any net work including its own. MMS as is only offered by u phone so tele nor has edge in it send in 5 rupee and receive is free. u phone charge 5 rupee for sending and 5 rupee for receiving. More over tele nor maximum size supported is 100 kb while u phone is 56 kb. So it has advantage in the MMS. I live at a closed surroundings where both ufone and mobilink had voice problems i mean distoreded voice i had to go out of room to listen calls some times due to very poor sound quailtz but tele nor voice is good so far. Ok guys see you soon This message was posted from a Nokia

The following might help you to run agile on telenor: The normal wap apn for ufone islamabad is ufone.piwap, and agile works on ufone.piinternet. So for telenor also you might need the internet apn. If you dont know it, you should ask their helpline. This message was posted from a T68i
