> Problems with P910i and handsfree kit

Hi,
I've recently installed a handsfree kit in my car. The kit is the HCA-20 handsfree kit and is being used along with the advanced audio mute cable with my P910i and cradle. Everything was perfect for about a month but now people I speak to on the phone are telling me there is a lot of background noise and a strong echo. Has any one else had this problem and if so how did you fix it.
Trying my best to drive legally now but technology seems to fighting against me!
Any help will be much appreciated.
