i`ve done alot of testing today with pv author v 3.0 . You can find that version
here
The results are amazing: s700 can play without any probs video at 176x144 , 240kbps bitrate and 29,9 fps !!!! Any bigger video sizes will not work
, tried everything .
Please note that the video is not fullscreen 320x240 , is 240x240, the entire video space on s700
Now the settings: for default profile ,
encoding custom bitrate 200.000 - 240.000 works perfect. I use 240
codec , audio and video , 16 or 32 kbps , mono or stereo
video size 176x144
codec settings default , please modify only the framerate to full available. Depending on video source will be 25 or 29.9 fps.
That`s all.

All settings are ONLY for pv author v 3.0.
Mpegable will not make same results, will not work in fullscreen.
