I want to add external devices to my beloved p800 ( though it's one year and a half old ), such as card reader or fdd, or anything like external memory. I don't want to substitute the lack of support for ms duo pro; sometimes I want to share some files when bt and ir are not accesible. I work with regular pc's, but I work with some specials pc too, mostly. I'd be happy if there would be a solution for writing information to a floppy disk ( in the first place ) or to a compact flash or something, without using a pc, but an interface between the p800 and that device.
Cheers.

Presuming you were tech-savvy enough, you could get a bluetooth-equipped laptop and write some software that establishes control over a bluetooth serial connection. That way, you could run client software similar to salling clicker on your phone, and a server on the laptop, so that you could, for instance, take an image from the phone, transfer it over bluetooth serial and then tell the laptop to burn to the cd. On a mac, it would be possible to write using applescript.
Sorry if I'm not much help, but that's all i can think of...

That's a point of view. But in that case it would be very expensive, and let's be serious: do I need the p800, when I'm using a laptop?
I want to add functionality to the p series. It's some rx, tx, vcc, ground thing
