http://www.opera.com/download/?platform=symbian then using a blutooth dongle connect your phone via blutooth to your computer. open opera and bingo! start surfing....

you don't need to set up anything but pairing your P9xx with your computer through BT. Then just DL the opera from the website which mathios mentioned. Also, you can use the AgileMessenger to play msn, aol or yahoo messenger for free ^^
