> K500 Freeze during CAM Taking Pictures

I am using a K500i running on R2L001. It has been 2 months and the phone freezed about 3 to 5 times during cam operations. To unfreeze it you need to unplug the battery. The strange thing is that the image in the screen reamins blury even though tha battery is unpluged. ?!?!? You need to wait for a while to disapeare...
What is wrong?

you dont have the latest firmware and drivers, in most cases a firmware upgarde + new cam version will slove the problem. do you have warranty. in that case a SE service centre will do it for you for free. where are you from? do you have an SE service centre nearby? if no, you can try an online upgrade by yourself using the online support.

How ? As far as I know the online upgrade support comes only with k700 but not k500i.

Dunno. But the dcu11 will not work for sure. May be wiring is different.
