Hi, i just recently purchased a DCU-11 data cable, non-oem. And i've installed all the necessary software (to the best of my knowledge) and the mobile phone monitor doesnt seem to detect my T226. I tried using fma and it does connect, so the cable does work and it can connect to the phone; however, it displays my phone as "56000". Is there anyway i can get it to recognize it as a T226? the little phone try icon for mpm is in my sys tray and it blinks with a yellow check mark! I'm in desperate need of help. I fooled with this for a couple days and still have found no solution. If anyone can point me in a the right direction or help me solve this problem, i would greatly appreciate it.

Yes, I've checked that topic out and thats what helped me get the phone connected to fma, but i'm still having trouble to get the phone recognized. again, it comes up as, "56000". I surfed many of the topics using the search feature and still i have had no luck, can anyone help?

change your connection speed to 9600 bps
in the menu: tools --> options
