Hmm.. I swear I found this feature a while back and now after a firmware update, I cant seem to find it anymore.
This is where you can specify your P910 for a particular caller not to be accepted. You can specify a particular contact entry or key-in a specific number and I recall marvelling upon this as it was a step better than barring ALL calls altogether, calls from numbers that arent in your contact list or speed dial list, etc..
I recall trying it out specifying my landline number and I got a fast busy tone.
My memory is a bit shady but can anyone who hasnt gone thru the latest firmware update check this out, please? If I remember rightly, it should be found in phone>edit>preferences> then either in Accept Calls or Restrict Calls.
Not that I needed the feature then, nor do I do now but it sure can work for me someday.

with my p800 whilst in phone mode I goto preferences and it has "accepted numbers in there, A bit tedious having to enter all the numbers you want to accept in there why didn't they do rejected numbers like on my old lg 8110??? Anyway you could block a range of numbers with that

yeah i'm not sure you can ristrict calls from a specific caller, if you could i would assume you would find the function by going to:
phone/edit/preferences/accepted callers
but that option isn't there - which i think is very strange

I believe that the options we all have, whereby you can restrict calls by only accepting certain numbers (but not by blocking individual ones) is how it has always been. I also reckon it must have a 3rd party app you were using. I would highly recommend Magic Profiles Pro, which I use, which has a Blacklist and Whitelist facility, allowing you to do what you want, but also enabling you to specify particular times when you want this to be active.

I think dave is correct. Once masseur corrected me when i said something stupid regarding this. And his words were "there has never been an option to bar a specific number" or something to that effect.

Thanks to all. I appreciate it. Regardless of still being in mystery about whether I actually had/tested that prior to an update or not, I, again picked up a few valuable info about other things.
"Get some info, share some info". I'll be around and in constant lookout for my share of the latter.
