hey u people im using light html so carnt do a search which is a bummer but... can anyoneget agile messenger to work with o2? ice tried with gprs normal settings, the proxy settings and even wap with no luck! has anyone else got it working? btw im using a p800 and im on payandgo!

nope, no way man, never, not with o2 payandgo. its been disscussed many times, you need a full gprs connection.

for reference, if you connect a pc to the internet with an o2 pay&go phone, you can connect msn messenger using the http proxy setting (use o2s proxy setting with port 8080). maybe a developer can add support for a customiszble http proxy, then people WILL be able to connect

Yeah... but O2 limits ANY connections from your phone/sim to ANY server to exactly 5 minutes and 8 seconds. What this means, is that you will get disconnected from msn/icq/whatever every 5 minutes... Which is REALLY annoying!!
