> Smartmovie Upgrade
Bookmark topic
I uninstalled the converter off the PC last week then downloaded it reinstalled it today, but the version was different from the one I originally had. I tried to use my keygen (the official one from the smartmovie on my phone) to unlock the converter but it didn't work.
I then installed the newer smartmovie on my phone, and the original key that i got on the previous version didn't work. Now I am stuck with the trial version.
On the lonleycatgames website it states
"When you purchase this product you can anytime update for free"
Is the only way to sort this to e-mail lonleycat, or has anybody else done this a simpler way?.

If you have a original registered copy then I would suggest trying the developers/ publishers of the software for an answer. The only ther way is to use a unoriginal keygen but that is not recomended and nobody on here will be able to help you with that way.

You have to contact them, they normally ask for your purchase details as well, it is a pain.

I last upgraded to 3.10 - didn't need a new key for that - it just upgraded over the old one on the phone and the PC bit recognised the key generated from the phone...
Is 3.13 any real improvement over 3.10? I found 3.10 much more stable then 2.67

from 3.12 and on you get much better audio-quality on UIQ devices, because earlier versions limited the audio-playback to a low bit-rate even if your movie contained higher quality audio.
So, yes - 3.13 is better than 3.10
