is it possible for the p800 to share my pc's internet connection over bluetooth like wifi and notebooks?

I believe so. It can also share your PC internet connection via the SyncStation USB link.

did you guys have any luck with this? I use a P800 too and have never been able to use the default internet application to browse on my P800 while I'm connected to my notebook via the syncstand and cable. Opera works just fine though. more than the net browsing I want to be able to download my mail (a different account than the one on my notebook Outlook) and that just doesnt to seem to recognise that there are internet sources apart from GPRS and dial-Up

only 3rd party apps can use your computers connection!
