> Restore not working!

Hello,
I have backed up my phone last week before I upgraded to latest firmware and no I am trying to restore it back using backup and restore. When I click on restore it restarts the phone and after a few seconds comes back with an option to select 1. Phone on, 2. Flight Mode and 3. Help. I select 1 and then it fails with the following message:
'The phone must be in restore mode in order to make a restore!'
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Try waiting for it. Normally it takes a bit of time until it switches from one mode to another. Give it a few moments, and maybe it will go by itself into "recovery mode"... if it doesn't then you've got a problem.
