is there anyway to Master Reset (Hard Reset) a k700i without going into the menu because the phone is stuck after showing the "Sony Ericsson" Logo. just keep flashing
or can I just reload the whole firmware to resetting the phone? I have a Dss-25

I had the very same problem!I had the phone on charger & i turned it off!But i didn't wait for the appearance of battery charge level & pressed the ON/OFF button to turn it on!The phone freezed on SONY ERICSSON logo!So,i gave it to a service center & they reflashed its firmware!But if u do a reflash,you'll must upgrade after that process the phone on the latest firmware(R2AE033)& you'll lose all your content!

yeah, there is a debug reflash of the fone even if it doesn't work. check one of the post here for the sony ericsson update service link - which itself has the feature to flash k700i/c/h 's that are dead
