I ever took apart a P800 and P900 not my current P910 though...they are just a circular piece of clear plastic, there is no lense. I bet you could just take another piece of plastic, cut it to size and replace it...

But I think piggy is right about the exposed window. You could replace that with anything that fits. If you look carefully, you can see the lens itself set behind the window - about half the diameter

If you need the "window" The silver lens cover with the mirror below it you'll need to buy a new housing as its fixed to the housing. You'd be hard pushed to find it on its own. Try www.globalmob.com for the rear housing.

Very unlikely that you've scratched the actual lens as its housed behind some perspex and encased about an inch of rubber.
