hey guys here's a quirky little problem I discovered after downloading some themes for my phone. There is a small patch of blue colour around my reception signal and this looks really weird when I change to the darker or brighter themes cos it sticks out like a sore thumb. I don't think it was there when i first got the phone. Anyone got any ideas?

Is it a blue triangle above the signal bars?

Try to change the theme to a default one like Waip....if u still see that patch then there is a problem otherwise its just the downloaded themes giving u trouble

Where did you download the themes from?

It sounds like either the GPRS signal indicator if it's triangular and above the signal bars, or perhaps a bit of ink bleed or something. If it's the latter then the only way of getting rid of it is by replacing the screen!
Got any pictures of it?

Some themes have a field for gprs triangle in different color, slightly bigger than gprs triangle. When triangle is on it looks nice, but when not, it spoils the look of the theme.

Nope its definately not an ink bleed.. I got the themes from the Sony Ericsson site so I guess they've got to be okay right? :>
Anyway yeah its this blue triangle shaped thingy right above the signal bars... can anyone tell me how i can take a snapshot of my phone to put it onto the site? other than using a digital camera of course...

That blue triangle is the gprs signal indicator. Nothin to worry about it!

It is the gprs triangle. It means you got gprs service available to you.

It's just the GPRS indicator. If it's annoying you that much just go to the Connectivity menu and go to Data Comm.>Prefered Service and change it to GSM only.
