Ive already downloaded the drm package and protected and changed it into a .dm file. I cant transfer it from my laptop to my phone. i cant open the file on my handset manager.

If you're talking about the V800, plugging in the USB lead to the PC and Phone opens the memory stick as a new drive on the PC, just copy the file over using windows explorer, that's all I do. You'll need to have installed the SE software first so that the phone is handled correctly.
