hi i was just wondering how much memory i can put in my fone as ive seen 512mb sticks but need info 1st thanks

Yup. Even the P900 has the same limit. The p910 can take 1gb!

P900 can be flashed to P910 to support 1GB pro duo cards
The max with the P800 is 128mb.
I flashed my P900 and im now using a 512MB PRO duo

Oh yeah! Forgot to say that. If memory is insufficient, get a P900. And flash it with p910 firmware! ;-)
