I have 3 or so months left on my contract with o2 and was wondering if the S700 is a good upgrade from my K700i? I'm happy with my SE, except build quality, but want just a little more

Thanx for the advice! You've probably seen these questions before but what are the main differences between the K700, k750 and the w800?? And while I'm at it, how do I disable the opperator logo on my K700? I bugs me 'coz I have a kickass theme!

The S700 is a good upgrade. The UI is virtually the same as the K but you also get greater memory, excellent photo quality, the best screen around and a good quality handset. It is slightly heavier than most and the swivel form factor takes a bit of getting used to but after a week or 2 you will be able to flick it open with one hand, no bother. Its an impressive phone. If you can get it for nought then i'd say go for it.
