Arima and BenQ land new handset orders from Sony Ericsson and Nokia

Arima Communication will begin shipping another new handset model to Sony Ericsson in the third quarter of this year, according to sources. Meanwhile, BenQ recently secured its second ODM order from Nokia, indicated the sources.

Arima and BenQ declined to comment on the report, citing customer confidentiality.

Arima will began fulfilling the order of Sony Ericsson’s new model in the third quarter, when the maker completes its shipments of the J200 model, sources said. In addition, Arima recently entered volume production of Sony Ericsson’s K300i model, the sources added.

BenQ will start filling its second ODM order from Nokia in the second quarter, following the 3128 model, sources noted. Similar to the 3128, the new model will be mainly marketed in Asia Pacific and is expected to total around one million units in shipments, the sources added.

I am not guessing ok....This is extracted from news

BUT it might not be 3G phone being made by ARIMA

ARIMA is an ODM for SE to make mid to low end phone.
You notice the article is saying K300 and J200?

Previously ARIMA made A3618 (E///), T100 and Z200

they might have involve in other phone but I am not really sure....

However 3G is not one of the product they made for SE.
