What are the limitations that you encounter using this sort of device? I for one, couldn't use the phone function while driving. I know its dangerous but sometimes you just need to pick up or make that important business call. How about you?

Well, to make a call, you need to pull out the stylus first, then tap on the numbers. So, you either stop the car to make a call or check your appointments or you don't do it until you reach your destination. Handsfree only useful when you're receiving calls. Moreover, I don't use handsfree much cos don't like the 'wiring factor', even bluetooth, makes me look like a robot. Doesn't click when you are wearing suits and BT hanging on your ear.
