I had a strange thing happen last night. I enjoy using Sman to change fonts on my phone. I sucessfully loaded a new .ttf file in my Font folder of my D: drive but the files didnt appear under the font options in Set System Font Utility. But when I check my Drive D: using File Manager, it is there.
I resorted to a restart but still nothing. I thought the new font was clashing with the old one as the filenames were quite similar so I deleted both .ttf's and reloaded only one. The file is in the folder but still cannot be seen as a font option. Let me add that veracity of the file/filetype is hardly a question as the files have previously worked flawlessly on my phone.
Then in one of my restarts, the font finally appeared as one of the options. I'ts working fine and normally now but I wonder what may have caused this problem. Or what I have done to fix it, for that matter.
Has anyone ever experienced something similar.
Would it be also possible that the problem lies with my MS Duo?
