well its been 6 month since i decide to upgrade from my reliable p800 to a p910i. well my overall comments for the time being is.. this is an awesomely balanced baddass gadget, I could do anything on it as long as I want to spend extra time in fiddling it, well i think its nice when the P series finally get into its mature state (more stable more compact, more ram etc).. i guess the reason why SE hasnt add more processing power to it mainly due to its power managements. its a hybrid device after all. but seing the trend with p800 to p900, i guess in the next P series, SE will adopt the same platform, leaving us with the ability to upgrade battery (p9 has more juice than p8 at the same batt size), but since ehm hopefully the next P will use the new UIQ3.0 with loads of animations and screen candies and maybe wifi, better processor, bigger ram, dual cameras its power hunger will increase leaving its battery (1300mah maybe) to operate as the same time as a P8 or P9..

well that leaves us with a question whether to upgrade or not..
me? well im gonna stick to the beatifully crafted p910i for one more year and buy p930's battery as soon as it hits the shelves to make my P9 last looonger hahaha.. well its just me, how about you guys fellow esatonians?

P930 sounds like a good model name to call it. I'd trim your preference list and will be happy with the addition of wi-fi, at least.

..or maybe they could make it user configurable by attaching wifi on the back of the phone? if im not mistaken i heard they were adopting SD in the future which means we could use an industry standard sd-wifi, cmon SE, memory sticks are the mistake you guys made on the mobile computing platform who widely use sd's and mmc's instead os stickduos..

SE look set to leave Symbian because SE dont like the fact that Nokia own them!

And i dont think a 40mah increase in a battery will have significant life improvement in your P910. P900 improved batt life on P800 via better power management and a ~300 Mah capacity hike.

SE wont bother with another tweak 3 tweaks within one year is just stupid for high end devices. SE must go full hog with a new chassi and make significant improvements on the device a complete overhaul. I-mate are catching up.

SE should also stick with Ms - Duo their more reliable, more pristigious and gives great flexibility between Sony products plus i have like 6!

What Nokia own them? Nokia have less then 50% of the shares as you know right? I would be suprised if SE gonna leave Symbian one day. I am myself very satisfied with my P910 and not interested to change it in any way. But, yes there is a BUT I wished to have a better camera of course. But if I upgrade to P930 or whatever it will be called I gonna get one big problem: All the apps I purchased for big money will not work on UIQ 3.0, this is what I heard from other forums so I hope I can stay loooooooooong time with this device.

well VX, a new chassis means ne investment. i believe the chassis now theyre using its fine. better and smaller than MOTOUIQ ..they just need to tweak it up to stick a second cam for 3Gvcall. sorry i meant 1500mah batt... with the size of the current one. PIease nomore MSDUO.. use SD.. more widely popular

O yeah.. it will be TOTAL STUPIDITY if SE decides to leave SYMBIAN.. the best OS a smartphone cud have.. they should never think to switch to MSbased OS .. they should stick to the current platform for a year more, cut pseries prices to fack up Nokia series60 market and voila.. WORLD SMARTPHONE DOMINATI0N
