Hi guys, would anyone be willing to make me a theme using the following picture as the main background?

I like simple themes, I've tinkered with SE Themes Creator but I'm hopeless. If possible could the picture be done so that the background is merged with the top and bottom parts of the screen not normally covered by general wallpaper. Hope someone out there is good at this stuff cos I'm rubbish
