What remote control programs are you looking for. Some sites require you to download them directly to the phone but some will allow you to download them to your computer. I downloaded mine to my PC then transferred them to my phone via BT.

I got them from
http://www.k-700.com/ but that site has totally changed now and I don't know if it's still available there.
Anyway the extension is .hid and I only got iexplorer.hid (controls explorer) and itunes2.hid (controls itunes).
I'll try to help you find sites with downloadable .hid files and post the link here when I find one.

I found a site you might want to try
click here . You might need to register first (it's free anyway).
Hope that helps.

I just tried the Remote Profiler software and made my own version of the itunes RC. It's actually very easy. You might try to make your own RC .hid files.

Ya thanks a lot blackspot. I too downloaded a few HID's and then the profiler only to discover that the profiler is "THE TOOL".
Great help bud, thanx again.
I made one for winamp( it can run and exit winamp, plus manage play, pause, stop etc. irrespective of the the fact that winamp maybe running in backgroung...)
Cheero!!!

Thanks to you too, because I wouldn't have searched for that and try the profiler if you didn't ask. Now I'm thinking of making my own version of all the RC's that I use.
