Error message of "No phone has been identified by Sony Ericsson Phone Connection Monitor Please connect and define your phone first."
Do I have to activate any options in my phone itself?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Bought this phone to sync my contacts to and still haven't been able to! Two weeks now!

No separate settings needed particularly on the phone. The installation of PC suite should take care of everything. Did you had any problems installing the software?
