Is there any way i can use a motorola c350 as a pc modem using the usb lead

Try motos website to find whether it can be used as a gprs modem. I don't think it can be. But give it a try.

All motorola phones upwards of the c350 can be used as pc modems.
It isnt completely compatible with windows xp. Try an earlier version of windows.
